Prepress Solutions
Our team of production artists manage the prepress file environment by making corrections to customer supplied art, checking color separations, producing and verifying printable bar codes, applying curves, cutbacks, and screen angles, color correcting spot colors for digital output, color profile management, assessing and selecting efficient workflows, rip management, proofing and more.
Flexographic Plate Making
We can make conventional 2400 ppi or 4000 ppi HD plates either thermal or solvent-based. Our plate material options are DFM, DFR as well as flat top EFX. Combined with Esko HD Pixel + technology we can provide plates (EFX-,EFX-R) which require a thinner film of ink, thanks to tiny microcells, give much better ink transfers with smaller dot gain.
Wide Format Printing
GEI has the capabilities to print on a variety of rigid and flexible substrates, then cut your graphics to virtually any shape. Our wide format services include: POP displays, standees, window graphics, banners, floor graphics, magnetic graphics, pole top displays, end cap + aisle headers, rail strips, cooler dividers, base wraps, case stackers, outdoor signage, dimensional graphics and more.
Project Management
Our project management team helps develop project scopes and objectives that comply with our client’s direction. We make sure the project plan is sound, report regularly on its progress and monitor it to ensure its execution stays within the approved budget and schedule.
Fulfillment
We have all of your fulfillment needs. Our in-house team picks, packs, ships, and tracks. Some of our fulfillment services include kit packing, collating, taping, mounting, bagging, assembling, canvas stretching, grommeting, hemming, etc.
